This was our second online gathering, this time, with a bigger room:
Think early-career professionals alongside those with decades of experience, spanning finance, pharmaceutical, higher education and social impact. In this month’s discussion, we went deeper on imposter syndrome, exploring where it actually comes from.
A new theme also emerged strongly:
How cultural and religious identity shapes the experience of navigating corporate spaces, particularly when the default culture doesn't include you.
December 2025 | Online
No panels or “experts”, just honest conversation. We brought together underrepresented professionals at different career stages, across sectors, in a deliberately non-hierarchical space.
The discussion focused on the psychological realities many people are carrying quietly at work: burnout, mental health strain, isolation and imposter syndrome, especially when navigating systems that weren’t designed with everyone in mind.
